Awesome home & location! Huge kitchen with everything you need. Property manager very communicative. Large rooms & decks. Great selection of games. Some suggestions are let guests know ahead of time they're expected to wash all the towels & actually provide laundry detergent. Deck needs redone. Many splinters, wear shoes, unfortunately. Great unobstructed view of the ocean! The house is roomy, comfortable & very clean! Love that it has a dedicated boardwalk to save us from walking thru the sand so much. The house does need some updating. The bedding in all the rooms is fairly shabby and the furnishings somewhat dated. It could use a general refresh to brighten things up. The living room tv had gone bad but I contacted management and they replaced it the next day which we appreciated. The glass stovetop burner looked a little cloudy after we used it which was pointed out by management after our stay but we don’t understand how it happened. We didn’t burn anything or boil over anything when we cooked. So it was unfortunate but thankfully we paid for the damage insurance. Overall we had a good stay.

We had the good fortune to visit Navarre during a tropical storm. The edge of Cristobal skirted the area making the beach a no go until 6 days into our trip. However Navarre never disappoints.
The home was clean and comfortable. The space good for our family of 6. The deck seating was perfect, high enough to see over the railing and enough for everyone.
I would recommend you bring any special things you need for any kitchen duty. As we were social distancing we ate all our meals “at home.” There was not a 9x13 baking pan. They had a great supply of specialty forks for our shrimp and crab boil night. As well as several claw crackers. I would like to have had an additional set of flatware so we did not have to wash immediately after each meal. However there was enough for a service.

We rented this home last March - when Covid hit - hoping for a socially-distanced family option for Thanksgiving. We needed this break. We typically stay on the other side of this townhouse but it was booked. This house is in a perfect location. They even accommodated a slightly early check-in time. Getting in/out of the home was easy and it is a perfect location for the beach. Unfortunately we had numerous issues - night one the smoke detector downstairs kept beeping. They sent someone out to just take it down (no battery replacement). About 50% of all lightbulbs were out (only a couple bulbs were lit in the huge entry light), the laundry door was broken (washer/dryer VERY old), and the garbage disposal in the sink leaked under the cabinet each use - we informed management of these but never heard back. Making Thanksgiving dinner was tough with the leaking disposal. Beyond those items, the upstairs smoke detector kept beeping (we didn’t call as we didn’t want another one just uninstalled given our 2020 luck), the carpet throughout is worn down, the living room center curtain/shade couldn’t be brought down (it was ripped) so sleeping in the living room on the pullout was an early wake up, living room rug stained. The kitchen had lots of dishes and serveware/bakeware but we needed to rewash it all and nothing really matched. Looked like a bunch of dishware left behind over the years. Just all in all not as well appointed as the unit next door and run-down. Perfect location but overpriced for the condition of the townhome.

We had a great time with a family of 11 including small children, teens, parents, and grandparents, and everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed the property. Even though the other side of the duplex was occupied, we never heard the other family and I don't think they could hear us either. The views of the Gulf side from the living room and master bedroom balconies were beautiful, the kitchen and living room were large and could accommodate all of us comfortably, and having hot water in the outdoor rinse-off shower was a bonus!

Great view of the Gulf with private access to the beach. Grandkids enjoyed gathering shells. Watched dolphins swim by. Place was supplied with more than expected. Would definitely recommend or stay there again. Pictures on website live up to expectations.

Great location, great townhouse, well supplied kitchen. The extra beach towels were useful,thanks. My only negative remarks would be about the condition of the wooden decks and walkway to the beach. There are numerous areas with sharp splintered wood, making it unsafe to be barefooted. Shoes were a must when walking on the wooden decks.

Sea Side Villa was absolutely perfect for our family stay. Location is fabulous, view of the beach is better than fabulous! Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough utensils, pots/pans and applicances. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. Happy hour on the deck was a 10+.

Amazing! It was so homey, very clean and had everything we needed there. It had extra beach towels and plenty of kitchen cookware etc. But the biggest plus was that they had two baby gates for us to block both sets of stairs for our little ones and a high chair! That was a huge plus!!! We loved being right on the beach too! We loved the place so much, we even stayed an extra night! The only small problem we had was that the bathroom and kitchen towels smelling bad but I bought some vinegar, soaked and washed them and they were as good as new. The property manager was also very helpful in every question we had. We had a small problem with the toilet downstairs and she has someone there within a few hours. We will definitely go back to Navarre and will definitely stay at Sea Side Villa when we do!

This is a beautiful and spacious gulf front property. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Side Villa very much! It was a great home base for family to gather, and still close enough to the various restaurants and attractions.
The townhome had everything we needed for cooking, etc. Access to the beach was great; we particularly liked having use of the equipment the outdoor shower. We would stay again, but have discovered that next trip we will need another bedroom!

This was the second year we have stayed at this location and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is great to sit on the deck, soak up the sun and watch the waves. We saw dolphins close to the shore on multiple days. Can't beat walking down deck steps and across the board walk to the beach. It is like having your own private beach.
