Come and enjoy this upscale and spacious home located on Navarre Beach. This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach front Gulf Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. No flights of stairs to climb, take the private elevator from ground to third floor. The second floor main living area has double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances (Jenn Air and Kitchen-Aid), convection and microwave multi-feature ovens, walk-in pantry, blender, mixer, bread maker, toaster, coffee pot and coffee bean grinder. Full size laundry room with W/D and large sink. Also large screen TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access.
The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. The other upstairs bedroom has 2-queen size beds and connecting full bath with shower and walk-in closets. Main floor bedroom has a queen bed with adjoins bath with shower stall. The outdoor covered patio offers shower, storage, beach supplies and additional refrigerator for beverages.

Bravo on the porch railing now being "see-through" as you feel totally engrossed w/ the water & beach from all (window) angles in the house. Water was perfect, weather was outstanding and the house really does have everything you need to cook & feel comfortable. Elevator was a godsend for packing/unpacking. There was so many great things about this place! The house was clean and well-kept. Open concept which makes hanging out easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with some basics but also other items like a nice blender, crockpot, griddle. Both decks provided beautiful views and the furniture that was very comfortable and the walk to the beach is just seconds away from the house. There is an extra fridge in the storage under the house, and that was so helpful to have! The kids loved the paddle board and the beach furniture was in great condition! Once we figured out the elevator, it was such a help with luggage and when we had groceries. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about.

We stayed here for the month of February escaping our Michigan winter.
The house was spotless on out arrival. It is very well equiped ( does need more forks), with very comfy beds,nice linens and well equipped kitchen. The elevator was a big plus for me 3 months after knee replacement. The location is convenient and beautiful...with the ability to see BOTH sunrise and sunset! My favorite was the deck off of the master bedroom to see the dolphins and the big waves. We had dinner at Andy D's a few times and it was very good...blackened grouper was excellant. The only complaint was the everyday noice of deck repair next door! Other then that I highly recommend this rental

We had a wonderful time! This is the first time we have stayed in a place with an elevator, and it was a lifesaver! The master bed was really uncomfortable, and they tried to fix it, but it didn't help. They said that they may replace it. Hopefully they will. But that was the only problem we had.

We, honestly, couldn’t have asked for anything better.
The location is great, no big high rise properties in close proximity. Houses aren’t crammed together and stacked multiple blocks deep, so the beach wasn’t overloaded with people. There’s plenty of beach gear provided, but we’ve always found that hiring out sets of chairs and umbrellas is a worthy investment. It saves time and hassle and the heavy duty furniture is great. Ed at Sunset Beach Rentals is excellent to work with.
The property is well maintained and appointed. My (sainted for putting up with us) 73 year old Mom loved the elevator. Maybe most important to me, the house is well thought out with regards to beds. There aren’t bunk beds crammed into every nook and cranny in an effort to have a high sleep number. This made the house feel so much more homey.
To try to sound even a little balanced, I’d say that a sharper set of knives would be nice, but that’s me being spoiled with mine. And I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights under the deck (it got dark while grilling) or turn off the lights in the beach gear room... but both of those are probably me being daft.
All in all, I couldn’t recommend this property higher.

We absolutely loved this house! Its beach front location with boardwalk access was the best! Although we had one small problem during our stay, the owner was very responsive. The elevator was a great bonus when loading and unloading our things. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was completely stocked. We would definitely recommend this house. The only two things to be aware of is that the main bedroom has a split king bed. Also, the towels and sheets are washed in a strong detergent. So if you have skin sensitivity issues, you may want to wash them before first use.

Our family spent 6 nights at Dolphin Watch. This was our 2nd time as our first was several years ago. We were so grateful to be back as the beach and location are perfect! The property was very clean and included everything that you really need including dishes, plenty of cookware, even toys and things for the beach!! We had a total of 8 staying and for everyone to get showers in the evenings you do have to wash towels everyday to have enough. More towels would be very helpful but we did just fine. The adjustable bed in the master bedroom was great but the one remote did not work correctly. Also, the 2nd bedroom on the top floor is where our grandson slept with his parents (room with 2 beds), the TV there does not have cable which would’ve been helpful. The elevator was a blessing when it came to luggage and groceries! This would be great for someone that has trouble with stairs. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and could use an update as all of us could not sit down at once. Luckily, we had beautiful weather and were barely inside! Even when we were there, we were out on one of the 2 decks. Nothing like waking up at 6am and watching the dolphins play! Overall, this place had many more positives than the few little negatives. We enjoyed our time here and without a doubt, we will definitely be back!!

This is our 2nd year at this property and 14th time to Navarre. The maintenance on the house has gone down significantly compared to what is being paid for. List includes:
- broken, loose tiles, missing grout on main floor
- ceiling damage
- window screens
- exhaust fan in upstairs non-master bedroom
- scrapes, cuts and dirt on wall outside elevator.
- missing soffit on corner of house looking at beach
- downstairs shower handle missing
Regarding cleanliness:
- the house smelled musty and like stale beer when we walked into it
- there is mold growing around the sink where it meets the counter
- the stick vacuum cleaner sounds like a jet engine and doesn't work.
I'd definitely recommend this property again and stay there again if the maintenance would increase. Otherwise, we're looking for other places for next year.

The main appeal to the property was the elevator and the property being beach front. The elevator worked perfectly, and the view was amazing. The property was spotless and the property manager was easy to work with (we had issues connecting to the wi-fi) and she was quick to get the issue resolved. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need plus more. Both decks had plenty of seating and the storage room is stocked full of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. The only thing I would recommend is to bring extra bath towels or you will need to wash the ones provided daily. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

This was our third stay at Dolphin Watch. It gets better everytime. The entire house has been updated with fresh paint. The deck has new stairs and some of it has been replaced. I hope the deck is continued to be repaired as some of it is still broke. All of the beds and furniture are comfortable. Plenty of space for this family of 5 plus grandparents. The kids love to play in the sand at the bottom of the house. Anything you need and more you will find in the kitchen. Property management is always amazing! Anytime we have an issue, their response is quick. They even checked on things and us before a storm came in. We will be back soon!

The view from Dolphin Watch decks did not disappoint. Access to the beach was great. The second floor indoor access by elevator was not optimal, noisy and claustrophobic, with the only other way up by a stairwell located outside. The lack of privacy on the main deck due to no privacy wall separating the adjoining condo was not pleasant when enjoying quiet time when the neighbors were on their deck. Second floor deck was much better.Accommodations were very nice, but the beds could use better mattresses. Living room and kitchen were comfortable and roomy, providing an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend a stay at Dolphin Watch if you don’t mind sharing the main deck with neighbors.

The home was very comfortable and had a great view of the gulf’s beautiful beach. It was clean and accommodating. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 children and everyone had a great time. This home homes with everything you will need. The storage room was well stocked with lots of beach chairs and floats. We did have to contact management about a minor issue and they were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful beach location. Very quiet and hardly anyone on the beach at any given time. We saw dolphins and a turtle. Beach and water were spotless. Elevator was great to have although it was quirky. Not having an inside staircase was surprising. Best outfitted kitchen I have ever rented in 12 years! Owner provided every spice you could dream of. Rooms were spacious and furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of outdoor equipment provided although some needs to be culled and replaced. Very clean with usual wear and tear of rental unit. Would definitely rent again.

Another great vacation at this wonderful townhome on the gulf. This was our second year at this rental and once again it was fantastic. This home has everything (and i mean everything) you need for the beach, or casual or gourmet meals. The view is spectacular. Great for families or friends vacationing together. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. It is clean and well furnished. We look forward to our trip next year. So sad to have to leave. Beautiful quiet place.

Really nice condo, more appliances and utensils than we have ever had before in any rental unit anywhere. Elevator was the stuff for unloading luggage on arrival, groceries, and packing up to leave. Hope to be able to rent the same unit for next year.

This townhouse was far beyond our expectations. Location, location, location it was wonderful. The view was spectacular, the kitchen had everything you would need, the rooms were very spacious, it was clean and had plenty of supplies for the beach. They called to let us know on Saturday the elevator was broke but they had someone driving to Destin to pick up the part. We arrived around 4:30 and the elevator was fixed by 5:00. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the Dolphin Watch! There were 3 couples and 2 children and we had plenty of room. They place was very clean and the decor was so appealing. Great location right on the beach. Townhouse was stocked with everything we needed plus some. Great beach toys, kitchen nicely furnished.
ONLY negative is the main floor and deck. The furniture is dated and stained. On the main floor ceilings, there was previous water damage and some of the drywall seams were coming apart. Drywall tape was hanging down in a few places. The main floor deck needs boards to be replaced. The wood is extremely weathered and splintering. Several of us got splinters through the week.
The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we need.

We had a wonderful time here at Dolphin Watch. The townhouse had everything we needed. We cooked at home almost all meals and needed for nothing. There was 9 people in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out or come together. Your only a few short steps to the beach. The master bedroom is amazing. Also have to mention the 2 comfy recliners in the living room, we loved them. This is was our second stay at Navarre Beach and we went through Navarre Sands Rentals each time. We are very pleased with their communication and friendliness. They are great to work with and we already have another stay booked for October. Our dream is to get a second home in Navarre, but until we can, we will continue renting thru them. The elevator takes a little time to get use to, but once you get it, it's very convenient. There are no stairs on inside, only outdoors. The internet was a little in and out. It could possibly be the time of year. When we stayed last October right next door, we had great service with wifi and our phones. they do a great job at cleaning. Due to Covid-19, I went over with sanitizing wipes and sprayed everything, you could tell they had done a good job. No complaints here, but I know if we had any, they would have been right on top of it. We have been home 2 days and we are already wanting to be back in Paradise! If you are debating on Navarre Beach, you will not be disappointed. It will probably be the only place we ever go now. It is Amazing!
