Perfectly set for your family relaxation or longtime friend getaway. Your just a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Gulf or a three block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.This upscale-home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite counter tops for your vacation home away from home. Daydream Beach Cottage sleeps eight guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized bed and a full size bunk bed with full pull out trundle in the guest bedrooms. Can sleep up to 6 children.
Come into a welcoming, first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy cooking your family meals and make long time memories with the family sitting around the open kitchen bar or the spacious family dining room table. Guest half bath conveniently located off kitchen and living room area.

My family loved this property. We cooked thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. The place is upgraded and clean and beautiful. The main floor has a bedroom for our 93yo uncle with the other 3 rooms upstairs, big and spacious. the beach was wonderful and the surrounding area was very nice too.

There were seven of us for a weekend retreat. Navarre Beach is our favorite beach to spend time at. The house was in a great location. You could spend time of the Bay side or cross over to the Beach. The house was clean, stocked with the cookware needed, and the beds were comfortable. The local company managing couldn't have been nicer and easier to communicate with.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all cookware and even seasonings! The counter top ice maker was AMAZING! The beach gear was a huge bonus. They had beach towels, sand toys, and floats! For those interested, paddleboards and kayaks were even offered. The house is 2 houses away from the pool and about 5 houses away from the beach. Being on the bay side was PERFECT for our kids 5 yrs and younger. Everyone was so friendly! Community members played with our kids as their own...while giving us our desired space as well. Expect stairs. Stairs to the main living and stairs to 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There was no baby gate, but Im sure we couldve requested one as the property staff was so helpful! While 1 of the 4 bedrooms was downstairs, the downstairs bathroom did not have a bath/shower. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to return again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Daydream Cottage. Dianna was helpful with any request we had. The downstairs is an open floor plan which was nice. The kids enjoyed playing the many board games. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The King bed in the Master is extremely comfortable. We also loved the the bunk bed had full size mattresses on it. The gated neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It has a neighborhood small beach area on the sound and a pool that we used many times. The walk to the beach is not far, and having the golf cart (extra fee) was very clutch when hauling our beach gear. There are a few restaurants on the island and the pier & Sea Turtle Conservation Center are must visits!

We loved our stay at Daydream Beach Cottage! We had 8 guest, ranging from ages 3-72, and plenty of space. The open kitchen and living area was perfect for cooking dinner while others relaxed on the sofas. The house was gorgeous, it was very clean and looked brand new. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and friendly. I loved that it was on the sound side. The first 2 days of our trip, there were double red flags on the gulf side, so having the sound to swim in was wonderful. We even ended up there almost every evening to watch the sunset. The property management company was very helpful and friendly. Thanks again for a great Easter trip!

This beach house was incredible. We were in a great location, very close to the sound and a short golf cart ride from the ocean. It was very nice to have access to the paddle boards and kayaks as well. There were also some fun beach games in the garage area with the paddle boards and kayaks. The only small issue we had on our week long stay was with the grill and the property management team brought a brand new grill out that night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
