Southern Charm is a stunning four bedroom, two and a half bath home, located in a private gated community. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound side waters or three block walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s famous emerald green waters. This upscale home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite counter tops perfect beach vacation setting.
The home offers a light coastal airy feel with lots of natural light, high ceilings, wood floors, luxury carpet in bedrooms, short walk to the sound side beach, Conveniently located directly across from the pool & hot tub. Large pull through garage. Golf Cart rental available
From the moment you enter you experience a soothing serene atmosphere. With open floor plan, comfortable seating and warm palette throughout will set the tone for a memorable family and friends getaway.
Located on the main floor is the kitchen fully stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances should you wish to create your favorite meal. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with extra seating for three.
Large open main living area with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen tv. Walkout balcony over looks the community pool. Located on the same floor is the Queen Guest Bedroom, hall half bath.
Proceeding to the second floor are the three additional bedrooms. One king Master Suite that boasts a large glass walk-in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, large flat screen tv. Guest Bedroom with queen bed, Guest Bedroom with two full size beds. Guest bathroom located in the hall with single vanity sink, granite counter tops, shower tub combo.
The washer and dryer conveniently located on this floor as well.
Additional features in this home are the flat screen TV's in master bedroom and the main floor living room.

Navarre Beach is a very quiet, clean, and beautiful place to vacation. The Southern Charm rental property was the same! The location was great. The home was large enough for the 8 of us. The pool is a cross the driveway. The inlet beach a short walk. The public beach on the Gulf was a longer walk or a short golf cart ride (recommended). We would definitely stay here again.

One of our very best beach house experiences. The home was clean and had such simple, lovely beach decor. The location is ideal with access to both the bayside and beach. The bayside area felt like we had our own private island. Members of our family enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay side. The beach was a ten minute walk or a two minute drive. Between the white sand and the clear water, it felt like we were in the Caribbean. We loved the small beach town atmosphere without the crowds of 30A.

We had the perfect getaway to Navarre. The home was very clean and even more beautiful than the pictures show! It has everything you could need so if you forget to bring something chances are they already have it there. I rented this home for myself, my four grown children and 3 grandchildren. It was perfect! The home is as beautiful as the pictures. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were a couple of days of rough waves at the Gulf, so we tried out the Sound since the community has access. The littles LOVED the Sound! And we enjoyed it too since we were able to let them run around and not worry about waves knocking them over. We have been coming to Navarre for 25 years and have stayed in properties up and down the beach. This location with the pool and the Sound access was a true gem. Definitely an A+ vacation! We will be back!!

The house was beautiful and in a secure, quiet, gated community. There were a lot of stairs in this house. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a great beach stay. The first thing I noticed was how clean this home was. Perfect location to the pool and hot tub. Never had a kitchen that is so well stocked with all the cooking equipment and utensils than this house has. The beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are even supplied. Most rental homes don’t have comfortable beds but we slept so well on these beds. All the furniture was comfortable to lounge on. Love the coastal decor. Enjoyed spending time on the decks. All the TV’s worked. It was a win win for our family to stay here. Will definitely stay here again!
