Welcome to "The Palms" (Navarre Towers #101 ), a spacious first floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Navarre’s desirable Beach front Navarre Towers Condominiums – Easy access to the sugar white beaches and beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our elegant condo features a King bed in the master bedroom, 1 King bed in the second bedroom with two sets of full/twin bunk beds in the third bedroom which sleeps up to 6 little ones. Beautiful newly remodeled guest hall bathroom with shower/tub combo, upscale master bathroom has the wow factor featuring a glass enclosure shower and bath tub, five flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. Beautiful newly well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, large bar area with extra seating, separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Pack N Play, high chair are available for your little ones.

We had another great vacation staying in The Palms again! The condo was very clean and updates are very nice! We all enjoyed our stay.
The door wouldn’t lock so maintenance came quickly and fixed it.
One suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it was a bit warm at night. The new couch and chairs are not as comfy as the ones last year. We definitely would suggest this condo to friends. We ate at Juana’s for the first time and it was awesome. We always go to the Cactus Flower each year and it did not disappoint as usual!!!

A good week, but the condo had a few issues. There was an infestation of small flying bugs all over the inside of our unit, even in the microwave. We did not use the beach chair/umbrella service so we had no room on the beach in front of Navarre Towers to place our chairs and umbrella. We had to set up on the public access area each day. This seems a bit unfair when we wanted to have access to the beach near our rented condo. Chad was a great help to us locating the beach gate code (not given with door or main gate codes) and helping us be able to send emails from the WiFi in the condo

Enjoyed staying at the spacious condo and really enjoyed the location. Private patio with a straight easy walk to the beach. They replaced the patio set with a bar height set which is hard on my knees but still sturdy. It's starting to show some age but the management company was very quick to respond. We let them know of a couple of minor things and they offered to send a repairman then but we were just letting them know so they could do the repairs after we left. Condo is great site for an oldie who still loves the beach - can be dropped off a few feet from the front door, has a few steps but you can go the longer way with no steps.

Condo was spacious, well stocked and clean. Lots of beach toys, a wagon and beach chairs. Management was prompt with responses. First floor location of this condo was wonderful for my grand kids. My only "beef" was with the beach chair/umbrella rental company that monopolized the beach right in front of Navarre Tower. I have been to many FL beaches and never had such limited access to a "public beach"due to a private company making money. Our walk to an area to "set up" was doubled by their staked claim. Even at 6:30 am it was too late to grab an easy access spot.

We loved our stay at The Palms, which is a HUGE condo right on the beach. With a family of five, it was a luxury to have none of our kids sharing beds and a big family dining table. So many thoughtful touches throughout the place, from a stockpile of beach toys and towels to more kitchen utensils than we have at home! Our children are too old for the pack-and-play and high chair, but it still shows that the owners love kids. We will be back.

The condo had EVERYTHING you could need and more. Very clean and it truly was a very short hike to the beach. We had babies with us, so this was important. The only issue we had was the AC stopped cooling on our last day/night. My daughter was getting married that day so we just thought it was too many people trying to get ready. We should have called right away. We were given a later check out time to compensate. Would definitely return.
