The condo was fully supplied with everything we needed. Never have we ever been supplied with laundry detergent or beach equipment on any of ours to Florida. Ocean was beautiful and we had the best view from the balcony. Saw dolphins playing everyday and the fishing was great right off the pier. The only recommendation we have is that the condo owners or Summerwind to come up with a better parking pass experience for the renters or to have a better Security Company to deal with.

The property manager was very helpful answering questions prior to our stay. Would answer the phone immediately or return my call in a very reasonable amount of time. I rated the cleanliness at a 4 because the floors could have be cleaner. Our feet or socks would get very dirty. Maybe a little better mopping. A drawer in the master bath needs repair, scared me to death when it dropped when I pulled it out. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a kitchen scissors. All in all, it was a great place to stay. The grands loved it and are already talking about next year. We would return...
