Welcome to this upscale and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom end-unit condo located on Navarre Beach. Enjoy the emerald green waters and sunsets on the private wrap around balcony with stunning 8th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Sound (Inter-coastal Waterway). There are three large swimming pools (one heated in winter) and 3 hot tubs. Beach chair & umbrella service included (3/1-10/31)
This elegant condo features a King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom with two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa — sleeps up to 8. There is private bath in each bedroom. This unit has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. Pack N Play, high chair, and stroller available for your little ones.
Just a short walk takes you to the Pier for some fishing, local restaurants including Juanas/Sailers Grill, Windjammers on the pier, and Andy D’s Restaurant. Great food and great service!
Navarre Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the length of Gulf Blvd to Pensacola Beach. Along with enjoying Navarre’s top-rated beaches, be sure to check out our many local restaurants and gift shops, longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Need some retail therapy? The property manager was very helpful answering questions prior to our stay. Would answer the phone immediately or return my call in a very reasonable amount of time. I rated the cleanliness at a 4 because the floors could have be cleaner. Our feet or socks would get very dirty. Maybe a little better mopping. A drawer in the master bath needs repair, scared me to death when it dropped when I pulled it out. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a kitchen scissors. All in all, it was a great place to stay. The grands loved it and are already talking about next year. We would return...

We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and was just as described (except it did have a blender and hair dryers which I did not see listed). The view from the deck is wonderful and the location was fabulous. I had one question while there, and the manager responded quickly...all correspondence with them was great.
