Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom private beach home that sits near the Sound (intracoastal waterway) with unobstructed water views. This home has an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, living and dining area. Natural light fills the home with large wrap around windows and beautiful high ceilings. Furnishings include large sofa enough room for the whole entire family to enjoy the sunsets.

First floor features beautiful wood flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make that special dinner. The Large wrap around balcony provide spacious areas with relaxing seating with unobstructed views of the Sound and white sands. On the main floor, Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen-size bed and a shared half bath off of the living area.

Second floor offers a King Master Suite with adjoining bathroom with large walk in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed, Guest bedroom #3 has two single over single Bunk Beds, sleeps 4 children. Shared Hall bathroom with single vanity granite counter tops, tub/shower combo.

Ideal for families which features kid-friendly amenities, including a adorable bunk room with two sets of bunks, flat screen tv perfect for sleep over fun. Traveling with an infant, no worries. Home comes with pack-n-play.
All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.

Take a relaxing walk or ride your bikes on the beach path to explore the beach.
Many amenities included with this home, bikes, helmets, beach wagon, beach toys, gas grill, beach coolers, beach towels.

2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 deposit. 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts available for rent. Pac n Play available upon request.
