This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom Gulf Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. The main floor has a spacious living and dinning room with double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table overlooking the beach. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances. Also smart TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access. On the main floor, you will also find a half bath, large queen guest bedroom with attached full bath.
The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. The other upstairs bedrooms include a queen size quest bedroom and a single over full bunk bed with pull out single-size trundle bed. There is a full bathroom off of the hallway.
