Bedroom #3 has a King bed with smart TV, Bedroom #4 is a bunk room with a Full-over-Full bunk bed with pull out single-size trundle bed (sleeps 5 children under 13). There is a full bathroom off of the hallway.

On the ground floor you find an Entertainment with TV, foosball table and seating. Also on the ground level is back patio area with a charcoal grill and additional seating.
