Martha’s Cove is a newly renovated, custom waterfront retreat is perfectly positioned on the Santa Rosa Sound in Navarre, Florida. Designed for elevated coastal living, this exceptional home offers panoramic water views, a private dock, and resort-style amenities—creating an unforgettable setting for gathering with family and friends. This home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Marthas Cove. Just a 4 mile drive to the beach! Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to our beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Wake up to shimmering Sound views and spend your days enjoying the water just steps from your back door. The private dock is ideal for fishing, tying off your boat, paddleboarding, or kayaking along the calm Intracoastal waters. After a day on the water, unwind in the newly constructed private heated pool, or relax on the expansive patio overlooking the Sound. A light-filled sunroom provides the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails with unobstructed waterfront views.
Inside, the home showcases an open-concept main level with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area with a fireplace, and a large gourmet kitchen designed for entertaining. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, making it easy to host meals and create lasting memories. We rented this house so that our kids and their families could enjoy a vacation with us. We also have 2 teenagers and a nephew that tagged along.
Everyone was amazed at how nice the house and property were kept along with lots of amenities. We were the third renters and there were a few small things needing fixed but the major.Our 1st day we requested a temp increase and the temp was moved to 85 degrees. After the next morning, the pool was great!
The master suite and the upstairs suite were really nice! The large shower was almost too big but no one complained. There is a master closet behind the shower that was very impressive also.
The kitchen had all of the dishes we needed to feed 13 of us. It was kinda shy on small pans for cooking vegetables but there were Tupperware containers and a microwave so we used that. There are several refrigerators too so we used one or more for drinks and the main one for groceries. (There are 2 Walmarts and a Publix close (less than 10 minutes) and a SAM'S club for stocking up (further away) along with commissaries for those with base privileges.
The game room/movie theater were very nice as well and the older kids spent a lot of time in there and enjoyed the room and theater.
The dining table sat most of us at once and the living room held several kids on the large couch with built in charging ports.
There was plenty of room for our family and each family had a good sized room. Most rooms had their own climate control and ceiling fans also.
The teens had their own room available as well with queen sized or full sized bunk beds and a room with 2 queens for our teen princess. The rooms were good sized but mostly we spent time at the pool, kitchen area and game room and living room areas.
There is a small beach and pier available also. The pier goes out into deeper water but it may be 10 feet deep. The water is shallow for the most part and we seen crabs, geckos, water birds and plenty

Our recent stay at Martha’s Cove Beach House was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem. If you are looking for a rental that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and a front-row seat to nature, this is it.
The Property & Amenities
The house itself is stunning, but the amenities really set it apart. We spent our days transitioning between the pristine pool and the private dock, which is a dream for anyone who loves being on the water. Evenings were spent in the cinema room, which provided a high-end movie experience that truly made the trip unforgettable.
Cleanliness & Comfort
It’s rare to find a rental that feels both high-end and genuinely welcoming, but the cleanliness and comfort here were a 10/10. The layout is spacious and thoughtful, making it easy to relax the second you walk through the door.
Service & Atmosphere
The hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. The property manager was incredibly helpful and professional, and the neighbors were equally welcoming, adding a nice sense of community to the stay.
Wildlife & Sights
Nature lovers are in for a treat. During our stay, we were lucky enough to see:
• Dolphins playing near the shore.
• Bald eagles soaring over the water.
• Jets passing by, which was a thrilling sight for everyone.
Pro Tip: Bring Your Boat
If you have a boat, bring it. Having the dock right there makes exploring the surrounding waters incredibly convenient and was easily one of the highlights of our vacation.
We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. We left with amazing memories and are already looking forward to our next visit
