The open-concept floor plan is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining, anchored by a spacious living room with three new leather sofas featuring four built-in recliners, a 65” 4K HD TV, and an electric fireplace. A large dining table with additional seating comfortably accommodates your entire group.

Outdoor living is equally impressive. A private heated pool, mini-golf course, game room, and outdoor kitchen with both gas and charcoal grills create a true resort-style setting. The expansive deck spans the full length of the home, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf. A private boardwalk provides direct beach access, making it effortless to step onto the soft white sands.

The Gulf-front primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, two queen beds, an en-suite bath, and private deck access—so you wake each morning to panoramic water views. The secluded third-level Honeymoon Suite offers sweeping north-and-south views, a private bath with walk-in shower, and a lounge area perfect for quiet moments or relaxing evenings.
